1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, can also remember information. We keep our use of these to a minimum.
2. What we use
| Name / type | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
fb_consent_v1 (browser local storage) | Remembers your cookie and analytics choice so we do not ask you on every visit. | Strictly necessary | Until you clear your browser data or change your choice |
| YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) | Plays our “Why Lesotho” video. Loads only after you press play; YouTube may then set its own cookies. | Third-party content (on request) | Set by YouTube — see Google’s policies |
| Analytics [provider — if enabled] | Anonymous statistics about how the site is used, so we can improve it. | Analytics (optional) | Only loaded if you accept; no analytics provider is configured by default |
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load analytics unless you have agreed.
3. Your choices
Strictly necessary storage does not need consent. For anything optional, we ask first. You can change your mind at any time using the button here or in the footer of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean the site cannot remember your choices. For guidance, visit aboutcookies.org.
4. More information
For how we handle personal data generally, see our Privacy Policy. Questions about cookies can be sent to info@frontierbotanics.com.
We may update this policy if our use of cookies changes, and will update the “last updated” date above.
